연구실 소개

장윤환 교수의 연구실은 암 생물학과 면역학을 기반으로 바이러스 감염과 만성 스트레스 반응이 림프계 종양 및 폐암과 같은 암 발생에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 허브 유래 천연물질의 선택적 항암 작용 메커니즘, 자가분해 작용(자기포식)이 항암 치료에 미치는 영향, 그리고 HSP 등 스트레스 단백질이 암 진행성과 치료 내성에 어떻게 기여하는지에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 고질적인 암 세포에서의 유전자 발현 프로파일링 및 면역표면표지자 변화 분석을 통해 재발 기전을 규명하고 있습니다.

This study assessed the association of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in a highly HBV-endemic area. To gain more insight into the immunophenotypic and cytogenetic changes in acute leukaemia at relapse, 99 Korean patients treated at a single institution were studied: acute myelogenous leukaemia (AML, n=46), acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL, n=44) and biphenotypic and mixed leukaemia (n=9).
