연구실 소개

소영호 교수의 연구실은 주로 혈관 질환, 특히 대동맥염, 동맥류, 혈관 접근 기술 및 혈관 내 시술에 초점을 맞춘 임상적이고 영상 기반의 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 타카야수 동맥염의 영상 소견 변화, 심방 벽 석회화의 임상적 의미, 혈관 내 혈전 제거 및 스텐트 graft의 내피화 메커니즘 등 정밀한 영상 해부학적 분석과 치료적 성과 평가를 융합한 연구가 두드러집니다. 또한 혈관 기형이나 비정형 동맥-정맥 피루리 등 희귀 혈관 병변에 대한 최적의 치료 전략 모색에도 주력하고 있습니다.

Long-Term Ultrasound Follow-Up of Incidentally Detected Thyroglossal Duct Cysts in Adults

On ultrasonography, 0.9% of adults had incidental thyroglossal duct cysts. Most did not increase in size with time despite changes in various ultrasonography features. Therefore, we recommend performing an observation at long intervals of 2-3 years for asymptomatic thyroglossal duct cysts, and we suggest that fine-needle aspiration can be suspended unless suspicious findings of malignancy are detected.

승모판 치환 후 좌심방 벽 석회화: 전산화 단층 촬영소견 및 임상적 의의

목적: 승모판 치환술을 받은 환자에서 좌심방 벽 석회화의 전산화 단층 촬영소견과 임상적 의의를 평가한다. 대상과 방법: 승모판 치환술을 받은 환자 36명을 대상으로 조영전 전산화 단층 촬영소견을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 36명의 환자 중 15명에서 좌심방 벽에 석회화가 보였고 21명의 환자에서는 보이지 않았다. 좌심방 벽 석회화의 임상적 의의를 평가하기 위해 전산화 단층 촬영소견을 분석하였고, 좌폐동맥의 직경, 승모판 치환술 이후의 전산화 단층 촬영과의 시간 경과, 폐동맥압의 차이를 비교하였다. 결과: 좌심방 벽의 석회화는 국소적(선상, n=7; 결절성, n=5) 또는 미만성(좌심방 벽의 1/4이상, n=3)으로 보였다. 이중 2예에서는 좌심방 내에 혈전이 동반되었다. 좌심방 벽의 석회화를 보인 환자에서는 석회화가 보이지 않은 환자와 비교하여 수축기 폐동맥압이 유의하게 증가되어 있었으나(p<0.05), 좌폐동맥의 직경, 승모판 치환술 이후의 전산화 단층 촬영과의 시간경과는 두 환자군에
