연구실 소개
최영훈 교수의 연구실은 주로 생물의학적 분야에서의 유전자 전달 시스템 개발과 신호 전달 분자 기반의 대사질환 연구를 중심으로 활동하고 있습니다. 특히, PDE3B 효소의 대사 조절 기능과 관련된 당뇨병 및 비만 관련 메커니즘을 분석하며, 나노입자 기반 유전자 전달 벡터의 설계 및 기능 평가에도 전문성을 기르고 있습니다. 또한, 영상의학적 기법을 활용한 소아 질환 진단 기술 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.

15Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 3B (PDE3B) has been suggested to be critical for mediating insulin/IGF-1 inhibition of cAMP signaling in adipocytes, liver, and pancreatic beta cells. To investigate the delivery of DNA into cells, lactose-poly(ethylene glycol)-grafted poly-L-lysine (Lac-PEG-PLL) polymers were synthesized as polymeric gene carriers. The physicochemical properties and gene transfer ability of lactose-polyethylene glycol-grafted poly-L-lysine (Lac-PEG-PLL) were investigated.
