연구실 소개
고영일 교수의 연구실은 천식, 알레르기성 기도염, 약물유발성 증후군(DRESS), 급성 백혈병 등 면역 및 염증 반응과 관련된 질환의 발병 기전을 분자 및 세포 수준에서 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 기도염증과 기류성 증후군의 면역세포 기반 메커니즘, 예를 들어 NKT 세포의 기능적 역할과 시계요법이 혈액암 치료에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 환경적 요인과 유전적 소인의 상호작용이 질환에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.

15The occurrence of EIB is associated with environmental temperature and humidity. Under such climatic conditions as in Korea, relative humidity may be a more important factor than temperature in contributing to EIB in patients with perennial asthma.
