연구실 소개
정영미 교수의 연구실은 산부인과 질환과 대사성 질환의 연관성에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 임신성 고혈압, 지방간질환(MASLD), 자가면역질환 등 임신 중 및 산후 여성의 건강 위험 요소를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 유전자 변이와 신호전달 경로의 역할을 통해 약물 유발 부작용(예: 리토드린 유도 폐부종)의 기전을 탐색하고 있으며, 나노소재 합성 기술을 응용한 의료용 재료 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 응용과 예방 전략 수립을 목표로, 산전·산후 여성의 장기적인 건강 관리에 기여하고자 합니다.

15Sonographic evidence of NAFLD at 10-14 weeks is an independent predictor of pregnancy-associated HTN. Circulating levels of SeP at that same gestational age are significantly increased in pregnant women with NAFLD who subsequently develop pregnancy-associated HTN.
'The lower, the better' phenomenon was still valid for both maternal and neonatal outcomes.
