연구실 소개
박영수 교수의 연구실은 분자 수준에서의 전자 전도성과 나노스케일 접합 특성에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 유기 분자 기반의 단일 분자 접합에서의 전도도 제어 및 전자적 상호작용 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 핵심적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 고성능 전하 선택성 접합막과 자가배열 단층막 기반의 환경 친화적 에너지 소자 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 장내 미생물과 그 외소포체의 변화가 대장암 발생에 미치는 영향을 메타게놈 분석을 통해 탐색하는 생명공학적 응용 연구도 전개하고 있습니다.

15The increased primary and secondary antibiotic resistance of H. pylori in Korea is ongoing, and it will become a significant limitation for effective eradication of H. pylori in the future.
H. pylori infection was most important risk factor of AG and IM. Bacterial factors were found to be important risk factor for AG but environmental and host factors were more important for IM.
For the preoperative assessment of individual T and N staging in patients with gastric cancer, the accuracy of MDCT was close to that of EUS. Both EUS and MDCT are useful complementary modalities for the locoregional staging of gastric cancer.

These results show that there is institutional difference of antibiotic resistance of H. pylori, explaining the institutional difference of eradication rate of H. pylori. The resistance to clarithromycin seems to be an important determinant for the eradication by proton pump inhibitor triple therapy but resistance to amoxicillin does not have any effect.
Invasive H. pylori tests, especially the CLOtest, had a lower detection rate for H. pylori in the presence of mucosal atrophy and IM, and this became more prominent in the presence of higher levels of IM and AG.
These results suggest that H. pylori infection causes alterations of mucin expression, closely related with the development of gastric atrophy with intestinal metaplasia, probably contributing to carcinogenesis.
