연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 간질환, 특히 만성 바이러스성 간염과 간세포질환의 병태생리학적 기전과 치료 전략을 다루는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 만성 바이러스성 간염 환자에서의 간세포암종 발생 위험 요인 분석, 다제내성 항바이러스 변이에 대비한 병용치료 전략의 유효성 평가, 그리고 Y90 라디오테라피와 면역검사제의 조합요법 등 신규 치료법의 유효성과 안전성에 대한 임상적 평가입니다. 특히 대사적 위험 요인과 약물 사용이 간암 발생에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고 있습니다.
