연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 공공조직의 인적 자원 관리와 조직 효과성에 초점을 맞추며, 퇴직 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들인 '이탈', '목소리', '충성도'의 이론적 틀을 실증적으로 검토하고 있습니다. 동시에 자원기반관점(Resource-Based View)을 활용해 정부 기관의 효과성에 기여하는 행정, 인적, 재정, 정치적 자원의 역할을 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 방사성 약물 설계 및 면역세포 치료 기술 개발 분야에서도 활발한 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 간암 치료를 위한 새로운 방사성 약물과 CAR-T 세포 치료제의 임상적 응용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.

15We assess Hirschman's theory of exit, voice, and loyalty in the context of voluntary exit from organizations in the public workforce. Specifically, we test the effects of loyalty and voice on the likelihood a person states their intention to leave. We assess these relationships using data from the Federal Human Capital Survey. The Gerbode shunt, known as the left ventricle to the right atrial communication, is a rather rare finding, following surgical closure of septal defects. Even though the surgical closure is accepted as a treatment of choice, we report a successful percutaneous transcatheter closure of the Gerbode shunt in a 3-months old baby who weighed 3 kilograms.

An X‐band gallium‐nitride high electron mobility transistor (GaN HEMT) transformer‐based Doherty power amplifier (TBD PA) module with a phase lineariser has been developed. The TBD PA uses Cree's 6 W GaN HEMT bare die and realised in seven‐layer PCB. The proposed lineariser is employed before the TBD PA to compensate the phase distortion during the Doherty operation.
