연구실 소개

최윤수 교수의 연구실은 T세포의 분화 및 면역 반응 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로, 특히 T형식보조 T세포(Tfh)의 초기 분화 과정과 B-1 B세포가 자연항체를 통해 면역 방어에 기여하는 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. IL-6/STAT1 신호전달 경로가 Tfh 세포 형성에 필수적임을 밝히며, B-1 세포가 감염 시에도 활성화되어 국소 면역 반응을 조절하는 핵심 역할을 한다는 새로운 통찰을 제공합니다. 또한, 자연항체의 세포 기원과 대기 오염 물질의 공간적 분포를 분석하는 환경 모델링 연구까지 다각도로 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.
