Professor A-ron Park's research lab specializes in theoretical particle and hadronic physics, focusing on the structure and dynamics of exotic hadrons such as Tcc(3875)+ and c1(3872). The lab investigates hadron-hadron interactions using effective field theories and potential models, particularly emphasizing long-range pion exchange and short-range quark-level interactions. Key research directions include momentum correlation functions in high-energy collisions and the role of two-particle correlations in revealing the internal structure of charmonium-like states. The lab combines constituent quark models with phenomenological potential approaches to explore the nature of tightly bound hadronic molecules and exotic hadronic states.

1We investigate the DD∗ and D ̄ D∗ momentum correlation functions in high-energy collisions related to the properties of Tcc(3875)+ and c1(3872) exotic hadrons. The two-particle momentum correlation functions can be computed from the interaction between two particles. The one pion exchange interaction model, which is mainly considered as the interaction between two hadrons, is valid for long ranges ( > 1 fm).
