研究室紹介
Professor Chang Sup Sung's research lab specializes in operations research, supply chain optimization, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The lab focuses on integrated service network design, cross-docking logistics, and scheduling in manufacturing systems, with an emphasis on cost-efficient and time-constrained solutions. It also explores the intersection of sustainability and entrepreneurship, particularly how individual sustainability orientation influences opportunity recognition and sustainable business development. Recent work includes advanced algorithmic approaches such as branch-and-price and dynamic programming, as well as intelligent control systems using neural networks in semiconductor manufacturing.

15Social media platforms are an indispensable part of entrepreneurship practices. They offer entrepreneurs a platform for business growth and brand development. However, little is known about the effect of social media use on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. Utilizing social cognition theory, this research focuses on how certain factors—prior knowledge, alertness, and social media—may impact two aspects of opportunity: the discovery and the creation of entrepreneurial opportunity. Sustainability and entrepreneurship are often regarded as binary concepts that have a tradeoff relationship, meaning that the higher the social and environmental consideration, the lower the private and economic benefits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of individual sustainability orientation on opportunity recognition and sustainable entrepreneurship intention, and examine whether it has a tradeoff relationship with entrepreneurship orientation. The result of this study
Abstract This paper considers an integrated service network design problem for a given set of freight demands that is concerned with integration of locating cross-docking (CD) centers and allocating vehicles for the associated direct (transportation) services from origin node to a CD center or from a CD center to the destination node. For the vehicle allocation, direct services (sub-routes) should be determined for the given freight demands, and then the vehicle allocation has to be made in cons
