Professor Doo-San Baek's research lab specializes in the discovery and development of novel therapeutic antibodies and targeted biologics for cancer and inflammatory diseases. The lab focuses on engineering human antibody libraries, including Fab and VH domains, for high-affinity targeting of disease-relevant antigens such as SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, ADAM10, CEACAM5, and neutrophil elastase. Utilizing advanced techniques like phage display, yeast surface display, and recombinant protein expression, the lab develops therapeutic candidates with potent neutralizing or inhibitory activities, emphasizing translational applications in oncology and infectious diseases. The research integrates structural immunology, synthetic biology, and translational medicine to advance next-generation biologics.

국문초록이 논문은 새로 발굴된 원우전(元雨田)(1895-1970)의 무대디자인과 생애자료를 중심으로 무대미술 활동의 의미를 규명하는 시론(試論)이다. 원우전의 본명은 원세하(元世夏)로, 서울에서 태어나 경신학교, 서화미술회에서 수학하고 <백조> 동인으로 활동하였다. 이 시절 홍사용 등의 회고에서 엿보이는 조선적인 것에 대한 관심과 낭만적 기질은 그의 예술을 관통하는 화두이다. 서양화가들이 주도하였던 토월회 1기 공연의 성과와 한계를 바탕삼아 원우전은 김운선, 미다라이(御手洗) 등의 무대장치가와 교류, 무대기술을 연구하였고, ‘전이모사’와 세밀화 기술 등 동양화 제작 방식을 무대미술 제작에 응용하였다. 2기 토월회 미술을 주도한 원우전은 입체무대와 배경막의 절충으로 당대 연극무대의 한계였던 일본 가부키식의 전형적 무대미술을 혁신했다. 1929년 토월회 <아리랑 고개> 무대의 핵심인 ‘길’은 배경막과 입체무대를 절충하여 긴 거리감을 조성하여 민족의 이산(離散)을 효과적으로 표현하는 ‘조
이 연구는 임희재의 희곡 <꽃잎을 먹고 사는 기관차>에 나타난 전쟁미망인의 형상화와 그 의미를 살피고, 전후희곡에 등장하는 전쟁미망인과 상이군인 형상화의 특이성을 규명하려는 시론(試論)이다. 이 작품은 전쟁미망인을 다룬 여타의 희곡과 달리 ‘실종된 남편이 살아 돌아온다면’이라는 가정을 서스펜스의 축으로 삼는다. 이 과정에서 전쟁미망인을 둘러싼 사회적 담론과 극텍스트가 구현하는 영자의 서사는 극 안에서 분열하는 양상을 보인다. 50년대 전쟁미망인에 대한 사회적 담론은 극텍스트에서 신문광고와 박형래의 유서(遺書)를 통해 제시된다. <꽃잎을 먹고 사는 기관차>의 특이성은 바로 이러한 공적 영역의 담론들에 대하여 전쟁미망인 영자가 대응하고 있다는 것이다. 극텍스트에서 김영자는 질문에 대하여 답변하며, ‘증언’의 방식으로 과거를 진술한다. 증언을 통한 개인의 과거와 신문광고, 유서 텍스트의 정보는 서로 경쟁관계에 놓인다. 나아가 김영자는 옷차림의 변신, 육체의 발견과 패션의 모방, 재가의 욕
