금융회사는 인터넷뱅킹, 스마트폰뱅킹 등 비대면 서비스를 위해 다양한 사용자 단말 환경을통해 전자금융거래 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 서비스는 기본적으로 사용자의보안인식 및 기술적 대응의 한계로 인한 금전사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있어 금융 감독당국으로부터 보다 근본적인 보호대책이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라, 금융권에서는 전자금융거래에서 발생하는 금전사고를 예방하기 위해 사용자의 전자정보, 접속정보, 거래내용 등을 종합적으로분석하고 탐지하여 이상 금융거래를 차단하는 금융보안연구원에서 제시한 “이상 금융거래탐지시스템 구축 가이드”에 따른 시스템을 구축하거나 계획하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 금융회사에구축되어 운영 중인 이상 금융거래 탐지 및 차단시스템의 구축사례와 운영현황을 살펴보고,좀 더 개선된 방식의 시스템을 구성하여 분석을 통한 사고예방의 효과성과 이후 보안대책에대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 기업에 부정적 사건이 발생한 후 기업에 대한 소비자들의 평가를 제고하기 위한 CSR활동을 할 때, CSR활동 영역과 부정적 사건 영역의 일치가 기업평가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 CSR활동을 언제 시행하는 것이 가장 효과적인지 살펴보았다. 실험 1의 결과, 부정적 사건이 발생한 즉시 CSR활동을 실시했을 경우 사건과 CSR의 영역이 일치할수록 기업 평가가 향상되었지만, 사건 발생 후 시간이 경과한 다음 CSR활동을 실시하였을 경우에는 사건과 CSR의 영역이 일치하지 않을수록 기업 평가가 더 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 CSR활동에 대한 보도 발표 시 기업이 사건에 대한 사과를 언급하는 것의 유무와 사건과 CSR의 영역 일치 정도가 기업평가에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 기업의 사과가 있는 조건에서는 사건과 CSR 영역이 일치할수록 기업의 평가가 높아진 반면, 그러한 언급이 없는 조건에서는 사건과 CSR 영역의 일치 정도는 유의한 효과를 보이지 않

매몰비용효과에 대한 기존의 연구들은 대부분 매몰비용의 양(amount)이 사람들의 의사결정에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 이를 확장하여, 매몰비용의 질(quality)도 의사결정에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 매몰비용의 양이 같더라도 질이 다르면 매몰비용효과가 달리 나타나는지, 그리고 그러한 효과가 어떤 변수에 의해 조절되는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 총 세 개의 실험연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 매몰비용의 질이 높을수록 매몰비용 효과가 커지는 것이 일관되게 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 매몰비용의 질에 따른 효과는 매몰비용에 대한 책임이 존재하지 않을 경우에만 나타났으며 책임이 존재할 경우에는 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 이러한 결과는 매몰비용이 금전적 비용일 경우거나 시간적 비용일 경우에 상관없이 모두 일관되게 나타났다. 끝으로, 이러한 결과는 매몰비용이 이미 발생한 상황에서 목표행동을 중단했을 때에 사람들이 예상하는 후회(anticipated regret)
