공동주택에서 나타나는 공유공간은 이웃 간 사회적 교류를 증대시키고 공동체를 형성하는 중요 요소로서 주목받고 있다.  판상형 아파트 거주민을 대상으로 반-사적 공간은 주호현관 앞, 주동입구, 엘리베이터, 복도 순으로 강하게 인식하며, 충족하는 기능은 소속감의 증대, 소유의식의 형성, 방어적 기능이다. 반-공적 공간은 놀이터, 벤치/정자, 운동공간, 산책로 순으로 강하게 인식하며, 충족하는 기능은 사회적 접촉의 증가, 부차적인 활동공간으로서의 기능이다. 향후 공동주택의 공유공간 설계시 특성에 따른 공유공간의 차별화된 계획이 필요하다.

도시공간의 물리적 환경과 정신적 건강 사이에는 밀접한 관계가 맺어져 있으며, 노인들이 일상생활에서 많이 활동하고 선호하는 매력적인 도시공간을 파악할 필요성이 중요해지고 있다. 노인들의 주간 도시 밀집지역 내에서 전통시장이 많은 비중을 차지한 것을 발견하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 노인 밀집지역과 비밀집지역에 위치해 있는 전통시장의 특성과 그 주변지역의 물리적 환경 특성의 차이점을 도출하고자 한다. 전통시장 내부 물리적 환경 특성이 노인들이 밀집하는 효과에 그다지 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 도출되었다. 전통시장 주변에 대중교통 접근성이 높고 상업지역이 발달할수록 노인들의 이동 경향에 영향을 주지만, 그보다도 전통시장 주변지역에 노인들이 일상생활에서 주로 많이 이용하는 의료시설, 복지시설, 여가시설 등 계획의 다양성이 더욱 중요하며, 시설들 간의 접근성과 편의성을 높임으로 전통시장 활성화에 대해서도 긍정적인 효과를 가져오게 될 것이다.

This study surveyed the satisfaction of the thermal insulation performance, focusing on the residents incentral, southern, and Jeju area, to investigate the residents’ satisfaction according to the thermal insulation method ofdomestic steel houses.
