본 연구의 목적은 농업인의 재해에 대한 사회보장체계의 구축방안을 모색함에 있어 근본적인 제도의 성격을 규명하고, 제도의 목적과 역할, 기능에 있어서 타당성과 적절성에 대한 논의를 통하여 농업인 재해보장의 기본체계를 도출하는 것이다. 먼저 농업인 재해보장에 대한 정책방향 설정에 있어 중요한 요소인 농업 보호와 농업인 보호의 차이, 산재보험과 구별되는 농업인 재해의 고유한 성격 및 특성, 타 사회보험제도와의 관련성에 대해 고찰한 후, 농업인 재해 현황과 현재 농업인 재해보장에 직ㆍ간접으로 관련된 제도들을 살펴봄으로써 농업인 재해보장체계 구축의 필요성에 대해 논의하고 있다. 사회보험제도의 구성 및 분석틀에 따라 적용대상, 재정부담 및 조달체계, 급여체계, 재정방식 및 형태, 관리운영체계로 나누어 분석한 결과, 농업인 재해보장체계는 사회보험의 형태로 기존의 산재보험과는 독립된 제도로 설립하고, 타 사회보험과의 관계에 있어서는 보완적 성격을 갖는 체계가 바람직하다. 적용대상은 원칙적으로 모든

본 연구는 전국 345명의 사회복지전담공무원의 제도에 대한 인식 및 평가를 중심으로, 국민기초생활보장제도의 개선방안에 대한 평가와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지전담공무원의 제도 및 수급자에 대한 인식 및 평가 수준에 따라서 각 개선방안에 대한 평가에 차이가 나타났다. 특히, 사회복지전담공무원의 재직년수, 업무량 수준에 따라, 그리고 국민기초생활보장 급여수준, 수급자의 탈빈곤 가능성, 자활근로사업의 성과에 대한 사회복지전담공무원의 제도 인식에 따라 개선방안 중 근로능력자 제한규정에 대한 평가가 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 제도 시행 10주년을 맞이한 국민기초생활보장제도의 주요과제와 개선방안을 탐색하였다.

BACKGROUND: Propofol when given as 2 mg/kg IV bolus for induction of anesthesia is known to cause hypotension requiring vasopressors. The objective of our study was to compare Propofol 2 mg/kg single IV bolus (Precalculated group, PG) with the titration of Propofol (Titration group, TG) to clinical parameters as 10 mg IV increments every 3 seconds on hemodynamic Parameters and Bispectral Index (BIS), during induction. 보건의료분야 연구는 인간의 건강과 생애 전반에 밀접하게 관련되며 다양한 연구 대상과 복잡한 윤리적 상황을 포함하고 있어 연구윤리의 중요성이 특히 강조된다. 따라서 연구를 시작하는 대학원생이 책임있는 연구자로 성장하기 위해서는 체계적이고 지속적인 연구윤리 교육이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 대학원생 대상 연구윤리 교육의 동향, 특성, 내용을 주제범위 문헌고찰을 통해 검토하고 향후 교육 설계 및 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. Arksey와 O’Malley(2005)의 주제범위 문헌고찰 단계를 기반으로 2005년 1월부터 2023년 9월까지 PubMed, CINAHL, EMBASE, WOS, KISS, KMbase, KoreaMed 데이터를 검색하였으며, 제목, 초록, 전문을 검토하여 최종 20편의 연구를 선정하였다. 선정된 연구 중 12편은 탐색 목적(60%), 7편은 교육 프로그램 개발 또는 평가(35%)를 목적으로 수행되었으며, 교육 방식은 교과과정 유형에 따라 달랐다. 정
