While South Korea had concluded 95 BITs as of 2017, there have been very few empirical works on whether BITs have positive effects on South Korea’s FDI flows. 지구 공동의 문제를 해결하고 사회․경제적 발전을 도모하기 위해 우주 기반 기술과 서비스를 활용하는 움직임이 최근 활발히 전개되고 있다. 특히 기후변화 관측과 대응, 원격진료, 원격교육, 산업 생산성 증대, 재난․재해 예방과 대응 등 다양한 부문에서 지구관측위성, 통신위성, 글로벌항법위성시스템과 같은 우주기술을 활용하는 다양한 시도들이 전개되고 있다. 우주기술은 대부분 군사적 목적을 위해 개발되고 발전해 왔지만, 최근 민간 영역에서의 활용 분야가 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히, 우주기술을 활용하여 인류 공동목표와 발전을 도모하는 논의와 시도들이 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 움직임을 체계적으로 소개하고 국제적으로 합의된 개발목표인 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)와 우주기술이 어떻게 연계되는지를 구체적으로 분석한 연구를 찾기는 어렵다. 본 연구는 우주기술을 활용한 SDGs 달성에 관한 국제사회의 논의를 소개하고, 우주기술이 SDGs의 핵심 가치인 5Ps—사람, 지구환경, 번영, 평화, 파트너십

대만은 1950년대부터 자국의 정치적, 외교적 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로 해외원조를활용하였으며, 특히 1970년대 중국과의 경쟁에서 외교적 고립에 대응하는 수단으로써 해외원조는 더욱 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 1980년대 민주화와 2000년 민진당의 집권은 대만의해외원조정책이 개발협력에 관한 국제규범에 조응하는 방향으로 변화하는 계기를 마련하였다. 동시에 대만의 경제성장과 민주화로 인한 시민사회의 역동성은 대만 국내NGO의 보다 적극적인 국제개발협력사업 참여로 이어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 대만의 국제개발협력이 국제규범에따르는지를 살펴보기 위하여 대만 정부와 대만 NGO의 개발협력사업을 비교 검토하고 민관파트너십의 현황과 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 특히 정부와 NGO의 국제개발협력사업의 파트너국가 선정이 외교적 목적 달성 혹은 국제규범 준수를 강조하는지 살펴보기 위하여 수원국의 수교국 여부와 최빈개도국 여부라는 두 가지 기준으로 분류하여 각각의 원조 패턴을 살펴보고유사점과 차이점을
