Professor Hye-Won Kim's research lab focuses on psychological and health-related factors influencing family dynamics, mental health, and well-being across the lifespan. The lab investigates intergenerational influences, such as parental attachment and parenting behaviors, on child development and family functioning, with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, marital satisfaction, and adolescent well-being. Additionally, the lab explores maternal identity, chronic illness management (particularly in end-stage renal disease), and the impact of cognitive and emotional regulation strategies on psychological adjustment. The research integrates quantitative methods, including structural equation modeling and longitudinal designs, to examine complex psychological mechanisms and mediators in family systems and health outcomes.

15본 연구는 성인애착과 양육행동의 관계를 정서조절곤란과 결혼불만족이 매개하는 구조모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 모형검증을 위해, 만 3∼5세 자녀의 부모 총 704쌍의 자료를 수집하였고, APIM 모형을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 부정양육행동과 긍정양육행동을 각각 독립모형으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 각각의 애착불안이 긍정양육행동에는 정서조절곤란을 완전매개로 혹은 정서조절곤란과 결혼불만족의 순차적 이중매개로 영향을 미쳤고, 부정양육행동에는 직접 영향을 미치거나 정서조절곤란을 부분매개로 영향을 미쳤다. 아버지의 애착회피도 긍정양육행동에는 직접 혹은 간접적으로-결혼불만족 혹은 정서조절곤란을 부분매개로 혹은 정서조절곤란과 결혼불만족의 순차적 이중매개로-, 부정양육행동에는 정서조절곤란을 완전매개로 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 어머니의 애착회피는 결혼불만족을 완전매개로 긍정양육행동에만 영향을 주었고, 부정양육행동에는 어떠한 직․간접 영향도 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 배우자의

만성 신부전 환자는 기술적, 약물적 중재의 효과로 생존율이 증가하고 있으나 이들은 동반 질환, 치료와 관련한 부작용 등의 결과로 인해 신체적, 정신적 문제에 직면해 있다(Tong et al., 2009). 최근에는 생명 보존과 수명 연장을 중시했던 기존의 가치관에서 벗어나 생의 의미와 환자의 삶의 질에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있어 만성 신부전 환자의 삶의 질을 증진시키기 위한 다차원적이고 포괄적인 관심과 간호가 필요하다. 만성 신부전은 신장의 구조적, 기능적 이상이 3개월 이상 지속된 경우와 신장의 손상과 무관하게 3개월 이상 사구체 여과율이 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 미만으로 유지되는 경우로 정의된다(The National Kidney Foundation, 2002). 투석 전 만성 신부전 환자는 사구체 여과율이 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 미만이며 아직 투석을 시작하지 않은 환자로 사구체 여과율에 따른 분류상 3단계에서 5단계에 해당하는 환자이다(NKF, 2002). 투석

본 연구는 직업군인의 소명의식, 일의 의미, 직무스트레스, 스트레스 대처가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 직업군인 160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 조직몰입의 영향요인은 직무스트레스(β=−.36), 적극적 스트레스 대처(β =.18), 일의 의미(β=.17), 월소득(β=−.16)이었으며, 이들은 조직몰입을 37.0% 설명하였다. 따라서 직업군인의 조직몰입을 향상하기 위해서는 직무스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 적극적인 대처기술을 증진시키고 초급간부 시기부터 군인으로서 일의 의미를 부여하는 교육전략을 모색해야 할 것이다.
