Professor Jae-hoon Jung's research lab focuses on interdisciplinary health and engineering sciences, with a strong emphasis on clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, and environmental health. The lab investigates clinical outcomes in hepatology, particularly drug-induced liver injury, and evaluates medical research quality through rigorous methodology. It also explores the impact of physical environments on human well-being, such as museum fatigue and visitor satisfaction, and contributes to surgical innovation, including minimally invasive techniques in urological complications. 15The purpose of the study is to analyze the causal relationship of physical environment and museum fatigue concerning how museum fatigue would take place and, in turn, what effects it could give visitors in the aspect of their satisfaction. This work experimentally investigates DME-Diesel blended fuel influences combustion characteristics and emissions(NOx, CO, HC, Smoke) in a single-cylinder DI diesel engine. The volume ratios for DME and diesel are 5:95 and 10:90 respectively and the both ratios have been used altogether in blended fuel. 목적: 이 연구에서는 백선에 의한 급성 간염의 임상양상과 치료 경과 및 합병증에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2004년 1월부터 2009년 7월까지 백선에 의한 독성간염으로 입원치료를 받은 28명을 대상으로 하였다. 모든 환자는 RUCAM 점수가 6점 이상이었다. 대상 환자에 대하여 복부 전산화단층촬영을 시행하였고, A형, B형, C형 간염에 대한 표지자 검사를 시행하였다. 임상경과에 따라서 CMV, EBV항체를 조사하였으며, 추가로 자가면역 질환이 의심되는 경우에는 항핵항체, 항미토콘드리아 항체, 항평활근 항체를 검사하였고, 양성인 경우는 제외하였다. 결과: 평균나이는 53.0±11.0세였다. 남녀 비는 10:18이었고, 체질량 지수(BMI)는 23.4±2.7이었다. 내원 시의 주증상은 황달이 19예, 피로감 16예, 오심 12예, 식욕부진 12예, 복통 7예였고, 백선의 평균 복용기간은 24일이었다. 검사실 소견으로는 백혈구 6,673±1,769/mm3, 혈색소 13.6±1

향료자원 꽃향유 전초의 향기성분 essential oil, absolute 및 oleoresin을 추출 분리 동정하고, 지질과산화 억제, 세포독성, 돌연변이유발성 및 거담효과 등의 생리활성을 측정하였다. 꽃향유 전초의 essential oil 수율은 0.28%이었으며, 2-cyclohexen-1-one이 26.81%와 elsholtizia ketone이 13.46%로 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 꽃향유 전초의 absolute의 수율은 12.45%이었으며, methyl linolenate가 12.38%이었고, palmitic acid 9.47% 비율로 존재하고 있었다. 꽃향유 전초의 oleoresin의 수율은 9.95% 이었으며, 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid가 22.15%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있었다. 세 방법의 지질과산화 억제활성 시험에서 200 ㎍/ml 처리했을 때 꽃향유전초의 essential oil과 oleoresin은 지질과 산화를 잘 억제하였
