부동산 산업에도 빅데이터 분석, 머신러닝 및 가상현실(virtual reality, VR)과 같은 4차산업혁명 관련 최신기술이 접목되며 기술에 의한 산업의 변화가 진행 중이다. 프롭테크(proptech)는 부동산(property)에 디지털 기술(technology)이 결합한 새로운 용어이다. 본 연구는 국내에서 잘 알려져 있고, 현재 다수의 사업이 진행되고 있는 모바일 부동산중개 애플리케이션을 대상으로 품질요소(시스템 품질, 서비스 품질, 인터페이스 품질, 정보 품질)를 종합적인 관점에서 도출하고 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 연구의 수행은 온라인 및 오프라인을 통한 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 총 161개의 표본이 통계분석에 사용되었다. 결과적으로 시스템 품질 및 서비스 품질을 제외한 나머지 품질요인들은 사용자 만족, 지속적 사용 및 구전의도에 대한 주된 영향요인으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 주로 부동산 중개서비스, P2P 대출, 광고 플랫폼을 비롯하여 대부분 아파트에 집중되어

최근 정보기술의 발달과 함께 부동산 시장에도 급속한 변화가 일어나고 있다. 프롭테크는 인공지능, 센싱기술, 빅데이터 등 다양한 정보기술의 적용으로 촉진되는 부동산 거래혁신으로 정의된다. 본 연구의 목적은 프롭테크 비즈니스에서어떤 가치가 창출되고 공유되는지에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 조직의 전략 및 비즈니스개발에 도움을 주는 프롭테크 비즈니스 가치창출 프레임워크를 제시하는 것이다. 연구의 결과에서는 인지된 가치 활동을 바탕으로 프롭테크 비즈니스 분류매트릭스를 구분하고 이 매트릭스를 중심으로 프롭테크 비즈니스의 주요 가치를 무형화, 관계화, 고도화가치로 도출하고, 프롭테크 비즈니스 유형별로 이들 가치가 구현되는 사례를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 조직특성요인이 전자정부 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 조직특성과 전자정부성과에 대한 문헌연구를 심도 있게 수행하였으며, A 정부기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성(최고관리자의 지원과 관심, 정보지향적 조직문화 및 기관·부서·개인 간 협업) 모두가 전자정부 성과(고객서비스 증대, 업무효율성 향상, 비용절감)에 유의미한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직특성요인 모두가 고객서비스 증대에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

정보기술의 발달에 따라 집에서 근무하는 재택근무제는 조직과 조직원 모두에게 도움이 되는 미래지향적인 근무방식으로 인식되고 있으며, 선진국을 중심으로 재택근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업에 요구되는 비용절감압력 가중에 따라서 재택근무제가 조직 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 수단으로 고려되고 있으나, 재택근무제도에서 발생할수 있는 조직원의 이탈 및 통제 문제에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 논의되었던 보상전략들과 조직몰입의 관계를 재택 및 내근의 상이한 근무제도 상황에서 비교하여 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 상이한 근무제도에서 기업이 선택해야할 보상전략을 찾고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 기업의 외재적·내재적 보상이 근로자의 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향요소임을 확인하였으며, 근로자가 지각하는 정서적 몰입이 규범적 몰입을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 단계적 과정을 검증하였다. 특히, 보상지원전략이 조직원의 몰입에 미치는 영향이 근무제도(내근직과 재택근무)에 따

본 연구의 목적은 2008년 감세정책 실시로 무조건 지원금이 감소함에 따라 지방자치단체의 재정지출이 어떻게 반응하였는지를 파악하기 위해 비대칭 끈끈이 효과 모형을 사용하였다. 분석기간은 2008년부터 2016년까지이고 분석대상은 지방자치단체 유형인 특･광역시･도, 시, 군, 자치구로 하였다. 지방자치단체의 재정지출은 총지출과 기능별 지출로 하였고 기능별 지출은 Peterson의 정책유형으로 분류하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 방법은 동태적 패널분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 특･광역시･도 자치단체는 무조건 지원금이 감소할 경우 총지출과 할당정책 지출에서 무조건 지원금의 감소보다 더 많이 감소하는 유인효과가 나타났고 개발정책 지출과 재분배 정책 지출에서 무조건 지원금의 감소와 동일하게 감소하는 대칭효과가 나타났다. 시 자치단체는 무조건 지원금이 감소할 경우 총지출, 개발총지출과 재분배정책 지출에서 무조건 지원금의 감소보다 더 많이 감소하는 유인효과가 나타났고, 할당정책 지출에서 무

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 특정무역현안에 대한 현황을 살펴보고 효과적인 대응방안을 강구하기 위한 것이다. 특정무역현안은 WTO에 공지된 신규 또는 시행중인 기술규제가 교역 상대국의 수출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 각 회원국은 WTO/TBT 위원회에 공식 이의를 제기하여 논의하는 것을 말하는데 원활한 교역을 위해 이에 대한 효과적 대응이 필요하다. 논문구성/논리: 본 연구는 전체 다섯 장으로 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째 장에서는 본 연구의 배경과 목적을 설명하며, 두 번째 장에서는 TBT 관련 분쟁해결에 관한 기존 연구를 살펴보았다. 세 번째 장에서는 국내 대응 사례 분석을, 네 번째 장에서는 IT를 활용한 STC에 대한 효과적 대응방안을 도출하고, 마지막 장에서는 본 연구의 결론을 제시하였다. 결과: 본 연구에서는 특정무역현안의 현황을 살펴보고 최근 국내의 대응 사례 3 건을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 조사 결과에 따르면 불합리한 무역 조치는 무역 분쟁으로 이어질 수
