Professor Jeong-Hoon Yoon's research lab specializes in sports psychology and organizational leadership within athletic contexts, focusing on the psychological and motivational factors influencing athlete development and satisfaction. The lab explores leadership styles—particularly sport victory leadership—and their impact on achievement goal orientation and athlete well-being. It also investigates parent-athlete relationships and management strategies in sports institutions, especially through empathic understanding and counseling approaches to enhance organizational resilience. The lab employs mixed-methods research, integrating quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to provide actionable insights for sports management and coaching improvement.
