Professor Jeong-woo Kim's research lab specializes in neuro-automotive systems and brain-computer interface (BCI) applications for intelligent transportation. The lab focuses on decoding driver's mental states—particularly braking intention and emergency response—using neurophysiological signals such as EEG and EMG in simulated driving environments. 한류의 발전 단계 구분에 관한 연구

문화영토연구

홍일식이 주창한 문화영토론은 문화가 갖고 있는 선한 영향력을 공유함으로써 인류가 반목과 분쟁에서 벗어나 평화롭게 공존할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 궁극적 가치로 삼고 있다. 우리나라의 경우, 한류가 그역할을 담당하고 있다. 한국이 만들어낸 대중문화가 세계인들의 사랑을받으면서 한국의 문화적 영향력이 커지고, 또한 한국이 만들어낸 문화적산출물들을 통해 세계인들이 평화롭게 행복을 누리며 살아갈 수 있도록하는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 한류가 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 한류의 미래를 예측할 수 있어야 한다. 여러 연구자들이 한류의 발전 단계를 제시해왔는데, 아직까지는 새로운 단계로 발전해가기 위한 기준이 없는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구자들의 발전 단계 구분 패턴을 점검하고, 그 속에서‘콘텐츠의 성과’, ‘콘텐츠 확산 방식’, ‘한류의 확장’ 등의 기준을 추출하였다. ‘콘텐츠의 성과’는 콘텐츠 그 자체가 그 이전 단계의 콘텐츠들보다 새롭고 강력한 경쟁력을 가졌음을 뜻한다.

OED에 나타난 한류의 영향력에 대한 고찰 - 2021년 9월 신규 업데이트 단어들을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 2021년 9월, 세계적인 권위를 갖고 있는 영어사전인 OED가 26개의 한국어 단어를 새롭게 등재한 것을 계기로, 언어에 있어 한류의 영향력을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 26개 단어를 먼저 품사별로 분류해보니 26개의 단어가 총 29개의 품사를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 이들 중 대부분이 명사였다. 이는 OED 뿐만 아니라 우리나라에서 발간된 <표준국어대사전>의 경우와도 유사한 추세를 보였다. 또한 26개 단어를 주제 및 기능에 따라 분류하였다. 분류는 단어의 의미적 연관성이나 기능에 따라 이루어졌으며, ‘음식’, ‘콘텐츠’, ‘신어’, ‘호칭어’, ‘문화’, ‘스포츠’ 등 6가지로 분류하였다. 각각의 분류에 속한 단어들이 왜 등재될 수 있었는지를 OED의 뜻풀이를 통해 유추해보았으며, 이는 곧 한류가 갖고 있는 영향력과 직결되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 실질적으로 한류의 어떠한 영향력이 OED의 등재 과정에서 작용하였는지를 유추해보았다. 유
