Professor Jihyun Jeong's research lab focuses on cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, with a particular emphasis on coronary microvascular dysfunction, metabolic syndrome in adolescents, and liver sinusoidal endothelial cell biology. The lab investigates physiological and pathological mechanisms underlying angina with non-obstructive coronary arteries, utilizing invasive hemodynamic assessments such as coronary flow reserve and microvascular resistance. It also explores the role of paracrine signaling in liver regeneration and the impact of environmental factors on respiratory viral infections. The research integrates clinical physiology, metabolic markers, and cellular mechanisms to identify novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets.

본 연구는 시각 장애 전문 무용수를 위한 예술 보조 기술 개발에 필요한 가이드를 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이는 시각 장애인의 문화향유 증진과 예술 창작 및 교육 활동을 지원하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 시각 장애인을 위한 보조 장비 사례를 살펴보았다. 이후, 장비 개발 시 고려해야 할 주요 사항을 분석하기 위해 시각 장애 전문 무용수들을 대상으로 반구조화 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한, 이들의 요구를 반영하여 개발한 기술 장비를 사용하여 사용자 테스트를 진행하고 실제 공연 연출에 적용하여 문제점과 해결 방안을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 시각 장애 무용수들이 감각적 및 신체적 제약으로 인해 학습과 창작 과정에서 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 다감각 지원 기술을 제시한다.
