OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to compare the major imaging features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans with Gd-EOB-DTPA (EOB) and extracellular agent (ECA; Gd-DTPA) contrast media. 폐기물을 효과적으로 소각 처리하기 위해, 고형화된 입자를 고속으로 연소시키는 소각로의 유동 특성을 수치해석적으로 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는, 기존 발전소에서 통용되는 선회 유동 유발을 통한 안정적 화염 형성 개념과 고에너지 밀도를 갖는 로켓 엔진 연소실의 설계 개념을 복합적으로 적용하였다. 첫단계로, 소각로로 분사되는 연료와 공기의 유동 특성 파악을 위해 1차 연소실에 주 분사기와 보조 분사기를 장착하여 비반응 유동장 수치해석을 수행하였다. 설계 변경 인자로 주 분사기의 편향각, 보조 분사기의 하향각, 두 분사기간 간격을 선정하였다. 이러한 설계 인자의 변경에 따른 선회 유동 형성의 정도를 파악하기 위해 선회수(swirl number)를 평가 인자로 사용하였다. 각각의 설계 인자가 변함에 따라 선회수는 편향각이 증가할수록 선회수가 증가하였으며, 하향각에 따라서는 선회수가 크게 변하지 않았다. 설계 인자에 따라 형성되는 재순환 영역의 크기가 달라지며 이는 선회수의 크기에도 영향을 끼쳤

고성능 고체 입자 연소를 위해 제안된, 로켓 엔진 기술이 접목된 연소실이 기존 연구를 통해 제시되었고, 본 연구에서는 연소실 벽면의 냉각해석을 수행하였다. 실제 연소실 제작에 앞서 연소율과 함께 냉각성능을 평가하기 위한 수치해석을 수행하였다. 연소실 벽면을 냉각하는 방식중 수냉각 방법을 적용하였고, 연소해석을 수행하여 선정한 냉각유량의 적정성을 검증하였다. 그리고 수냉각과 병행하여 공기 막냉각 방법을 이용한 복합냉각 방식을 적용한 수치해석 연구를 수행하였다. 해석 결과, 공기 막냉각만을 적용한 방식보다 막냉각과 수냉각을 복합적으로 적용한 냉각 방식이 더 우수한 냉각성능을 보였으며, 적용 가능한 범위의 냉각 유량을 산출하였다. 필름 인서트 인몰드 코팅은 다양한 범위의 플라스틱 부품을 장식하기 위하여 필름 인서트 성형과 표면코팅을 동시에 구현하기 위한 혁신적인 공법이다. 본 논문에서는 실험계획법을 사용하여 공정조건이 필름 인서트 성형에서의 워시아웃과 인몰드 코팅된 평판의 휨 변형에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 필름 인서트 인몰드 코팅 실험을 수행하기 위하여 하나의 코어와 두개의 캐비티를 갖는 금형을 제작하였다. 필름 인서트 성형에서 워시아웃에 영향을 주는 지배적인 인자는 사출속도와 금형온도로 나타났다. 사출속도가 빠르고 금형온도가 높을수록 워시아웃이 증가하였다. 필름 인서트 성형품에서 휨 변형은 무시할 정도였지만, 인몰드 코팅 이후에는 휨 변형이 매우 크게 발생하였다. 2액형 폴리우레탄을 코팅재로 사용하였을 때 코팅두께가 증가함에 따라 휨 변형이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.
