Professor Jong‐Min Oh's research lab specializes in the intersection of corporate strategy, innovation management, and institutional governance. The lab investigates how technological spillovers, CEO incentives, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility influence firm-level innovation, particularly the balance between exploitative and exploratory innovation. It also examines the role of technological similarity in shaping managerial labor market outcomes and the impact of executive compensation structures on R&D investment and patent performance.
