Professor Kun Shin Im's research lab specializes in information systems and technology management, focusing on the strategic impact of IT investments, open innovation alliances, and mobile computing on organizational performance and quality of life. The lab investigates how technology adoption influences firm value, productivity, and user satisfaction through empirical and theoretical modeling, with a strong emphasis on behavioral and economic outcomes.
