Professor Kyunghan Lee's research lab specializes in mobile and delay-tolerant networking, with a strong focus on human mobility modeling, wireless data offloading, and performance optimization in mobile networks. The lab conducts trace-driven simulations using real-world user mobility and connectivity data to understand and improve the efficiency of WiFi offloading, energy savings, and data dissemination in opportunistic networks. Key research directions include developing realistic mobility models that capture statistical features of human movement—such as heavy-tailed inter-contact times and self-similar waypoint distributions—and designing practical, non-clairvoyant algorithms for routing and resource allocation in DTNs. PURPOSE: We investigated the capacity of F-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) to differentially diagnose immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) in clinically suspected patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Subjects were 94 clinically suspected patients who had tissue IgG4 staining (n = 85) or serum IgG4 greater than 135 mg/dL (n = 9) and underwent FDG PET/CT within 40 days.
