Professor Lee, Kyung-Hun's research lab focuses on translational oncology, with a strong emphasis on identifying and validating biomarkers for early detection and prognosis of cancer, particularly in breast and gastrointestinal cancers. The lab investigates molecular mechanisms underlying tumor progression and therapy response, including roles of key proteins such as Bcl-2, HSP90, and DNA damage response pathways. It also explores targeted and immunotherapeutic strategies, including HSP90 inhibitors and PD-L1 blockade, in preclinical and clinical settings.
