Professor Min Sun Jung's research lab focuses on translational cancer biology and precision oncology, with a strong emphasis on molecular pathogenesis, therapeutic targeting, and diagnostic innovation in aggressive malignancies such as NUT carcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer, and urothelial carcinoma. The lab integrates multi-omics approaches, immunohistochemistry, and artificial intelligence to decode tumor heterogeneity, improve diagnostic accuracy, and identify novel therapeutic vulnerabilities. A key focus is on metabolic reprogramming in cancer and the repurposing of metabolites like nicotinamide for targeted therapy.
