Professor Moon Hwan Cho's research lab focuses on innovation strategies, corporate sustainability, and the role of strategic partnerships in fostering long-term competitiveness, particularly in venture firms. The lab explores the interplay between conventional and digital innovation, applying theoretical frameworks such as dynamic capabilities and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). It also investigates corporate philanthropy, business ecosystems, and headquarters control mechanisms in multinational subsidiaries, emphasizing sustainable innovation and performance. The lab integrates multidisciplinary perspectives—drawing from management, innovation studies, and systems theory—to develop frameworks that support sustainable growth in complex organizational and technological environments.
