Professor Sangchul Park's research lab focuses on host-microbe interactions, particularly the role of the human microbiome and microbial extracellular vesicles in metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes. The lab also investigates microbial pathogenesis in honeybees, especially foulbrood diseases caused by *Paenibacillus larvae* and *Melissococcus plutonius*, with an emphasis on discovering novel antimicrobial agents. Using integrative 'omics' and bioinformatic approaches—including phylogenetic tree-based microbiome association tests and genomic prediction models—the lab advances precision medicine and sustainable apiculture solutions.

본 연구는 고용형태별 여행사종사원의 조직몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여러 잠재적 요인들 가운데 연구의 초점을 그들의 직무몰입 수준에 맞추고 있다. 직무몰입은 그 자체가 선행변수로서 여행사종사원의 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수도 있지만, 기술다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 직무자율성, 피드백경로 등 직무특성과 조직몰입 간의 인과관계에서 매개적인 역할을 나타낼 가능성도 있기 때문이다. 만약 여행사종사원들의 객관적인 직무특성 요인들 이외에 직무에 대한 몰입수준이 그들의 조직몰입에 직접적 혹은 간접적 영향을 미친다면, 여행사관리자들은 이들 종사원의 직무몰입 수준을 고려한 관리적 차원의 정책을 수행해야 할 것이다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무특성적인 요인들 중에서 과업정체성과 과업중요성 그리고 피드백경로가 여행사종사원의 조직몰입을 결정하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무특성적인 요인들 중에서 과업정체성, 과업중요성과 여행사종사원의 조직몰입 간

The correlation and combining abilities about growth and flowering characters were studied in the F_1s of 8 crosses from the partial four-parent diallel cross in Lilium formolongi and Lilium formosanum which were pure lines (S_6).
