Professor Sangpyo Lee's research lab focuses on advancing immunotherapies for allergic diseases and respiratory conditions, with a particular emphasis on novel delivery methods such as intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILIT) to enhance efficacy and safety. The lab investigates immune modulation mechanisms involving lipid mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes in lung immunity and inflammation, aiming to understand their roles in infectious and allergic lung diseases. Additionally, the lab explores clinical applications of pharmacological agents like codeine in chronic cough and evaluates cardiovascular and neurological comorbidities in allergic and respiratory disorders, such as patent foramen ovale in pediatric migraine patients. The overarching goal is to develop targeted, tolerable, and effective therapies for chronic inflammatory and allergic conditions.

However, few studies have investigated the prognostic impact of CD99 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Sweet persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb.) is widely cultivated in the southern part of Korea and its cultivation is increasing.
