研究室紹介
Professor Sebastian Claren's research lab explores the evolving role of the curator as a creative agent within contemporary art and performance practices. It investigates how curatorial strategies intersect with artistic production, particularly in transdisciplinary formats such as biennales, experimental music events, and institutional exhibitions. The lab focuses on the aesthetic, political, and institutional implications of curating as a form of artistic authorship, drawing on case studies from contemporary European cultural contexts. Key areas of inquiry include the blurring of boundaries between curator, artist, and producer in post-digital and post-institutional art worlds.
