Professor Sujung Yoon's research lab focuses on the neurobiological mechanisms underlying stress-related psychiatric disorders, particularly post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), with an emphasis on identifying neuroimaging and neurochemical biomarkers. The lab investigates the interplay between psychological trauma, oxidative stress, and neurodegeneration, integrating molecular neuroimaging, functional brain connectivity, and gut-brain axis mechanisms. A key research direction involves developing early detection and risk stratification tools for high-risk populations, such as first responders, using multimodal neuroimaging and clinical phenotyping.

본 연구는 예비 초등교사와 실습지도교사가 함께하는 학습공동체 기반 초등 영어과 교육실습 프로그램을 구안·적용하여 학습공동체의 형성과 예비교사의 전문성 개발을 위해 학습공동체에서 이루어지는 주요 활동 및 그 특징들을 6주 동안을 통해 살펴보았다. 학습공동체 기반 교육실습 프로그램을 3개월 동안에 걸쳐 요구조사와 델파이 조사를 통해 수업계획 영역’, ‘수업실천 영역’, ‘수업성찰 영역’, ‘초등영어교사 가치관 및 업무 영역’과 같이 4개의 대영역, 22개의 중영역, 42개의 세부영역으로 구안·적용하였고 그 결과 본 연구에서 학습공동체는 첫째, 교육실습생과 실습지도교사의 학습공동체는 자발적이고 자기주도적인 형태의 협력으로 형성되고 있음을 보여주었고 둘째, 교육실습생과 실습지도교사의 학습공동체는 지속적 협력이 중요하다는 것을 드러내었다. 끝으로 교육실습생과 실습지도교사의 학습공동체는 지식의 공유로부터 현장의 실천, 그리고 경험적 지식과 수정된 실천을 순환적으로 잇는 실천적 협력을 보여주었다

뇌·신경과학(neuroscience)은 뇌를 포함한 신경계 전반을중심으로 해부학, 생리학, 생화학 및 분자생물학을 통하여 행동, 학습에 대한 연구를 하는 학문 영역이다.1) 뇌·신경과학분야의 축적된 연구 결과는 정신건강의학 분야의 진단, 치료및 예방에 중요한 기여를 할 것으로 예측된다.2)3) 국내·외 뇌· 신경과학에 대한 국가적 투자가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 연구 성과에 따른 뇌·신경과학 기반 지식이 많이 밝혀졌다.3)4) 그러나 밝혀진 뇌·신경과학 연구 결과들은 실제 정신건강의학 임상에서 아직까지는 적극적으로 적용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.5) 본 특집은 정신건강의학 관련 뇌·신경과학의 연구 현황과공공 정신의학 서비스 개발 현황을 점검하고, 뇌·신경과학 연구 성과가 임상에 적용되지 못하는 원인과 이를 해결하기 위한 연구 지원, 교육 프로그램 개발, 교육자와 연구자 간 교류의 중요성을 살펴보고자 한다.
본 연구는 초등교사의 재중한국학교 교직경험을 알아보고자 그곳에 근무한 경력이 1년 이상 되는 교사 11명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하고, 근거이론적 방법인 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩을 활용하여 분석하였다. 개방코딩 결과 120개의 개념, 33개의 하위 범주, 8개의 상위 범주를 도출하였고, 교직경험을 패러다임별로 구분하였다. 축코딩에서는 인과적 조건이 ‘교사로서 더 나은 대안’, ‘개인적인 새로운 기대’, ‘선발을 위한 준비’로, 중심 현상은 ‘교육전문가로서의 능력 발휘를 못함’으로 나타났다. 맥락적 조건은 ‘재중한국학교의 특징’, ‘소통의 부재’로, 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘신뢰로운 관계 형성’, ‘재외교육에 대한 가치 인식’이고, 결과는 ‘다양한 경험을 갖춘 교사로 성장함’, ‘현실에 마주하기’로 분석되었다. 선택코딩을 통해 나타난 핵심 범주는 ‘성장’이었고, ‘자기몰두형’, ‘한걸음 도약형’, ‘선구자형’으로 유형화되었다. 결론에서는 재외교육기관의 나아갈 방향에 대한 이론적,
