Professor Sung-Ha Park's research lab specializes in DNA nanotechnology and structural biology, focusing on the design and self-assembly of programmable DNA nanostructures for precise nanoscale engineering. The lab develops DNA-based architectures such as molecular tubes, DNA tiles, and three-helix bundles to create addressable, size-controlled nanoarrays with applications in nanofabrication and biomolecular patterning. By leveraging the predictable base-pairing and modular design of DNA, the lab achieves precise control over periodic spacing and geometry, enabling the organization of proteins and other molecules with nanometer precision. Their work bridges synthetic biology, materials science, and biomedical engineering, with potential implications in diagnostics, drug delivery, and tissue engineering.

We express the joint entropy of order statistics in terms of an incomplete integral of the hazard function, and provide a simple estimate of the joint entropy of the type II censored data. Then we establish a goodness of fit test statistic based on the Kullback-Leibler information with the type II censored data, and compare its performance with some leading test statistics.
