Professor Sung-Hyun Park's research lab specializes in strategic management, quality innovation, and statistical methodology with a strong focus on enhancing organizational performance across diverse sectors. It is very important to produce military goods for customers, and a customer satisfaction index should be developed for quality control of military goods. Seoul National University and Defense Quality Assurance Agency jointly developed MCSI (Military Customer Satisfaction Index). In this paper the model of MCSI is explained, and the sampling design and survey method is introduced. Also a preliminary test was undertaken, and its result is briefly explained.
전 세계적으로 서비스 산업의 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 역시 서비스 산업이 국내 GDP의 60%이상을 점유하는 만큼 서비스 산업의 중요성은 매우 크다. 그러나 우리나라의 서비스 산업의 생산성 및 경쟁력은 주요 선진국들에 비하여 매우 낮은 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이러한 생산성의 격차는 부가가치가 높은 핵심 지식서비스 산업 분야에서 더욱 커진다. 따라서 국가 경쟁력 제고 차원의 국내 서비스 산업의 경쟁력 강화가 필수적이다. 이와 관련, 최근 서비스 산업의 혁신을 위한 다양한 혁신 모델들이 연구되고 있다. 서비스 분야에서도 기존의 제조업 분야와 마찬가지로 생산성과 효율성을 증가시키기 위해 보다 과학적이고 체계적인 모델의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 산업에서의 과학기술의 활용을 기반으로 한 혁신모델을 제시하기 위해서 기술경영의 관점에서 ‘전략적 서비스 혁신경영’의 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 이러한 모델을 바탕으로 기술혁신을 도입하여 기업의 성과를 크게 끌어올린
통계품질(statics quality)은 통계가 얼마나 사용자들이 이용하기에 적합한가를 나타내는 특성으로, 최근 선진국 및 국제기관들을 중심으로 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 통계품질관리의 개념, 통계품질의 척도, 통계품질관리의 8단계(조사기획, 표본설계, 조사표 설계, 조사원 훈련 및 자료수집, 조사결과 분석, 이용자 서비스, 사후관리 통계품질평가 및 관리)를 소개하고 표본조사통계를 위한 통계품질관리 가이드라인을 제시한다.
We investigated the effects of RTA (rapid thermal annealing) on Ge epitaxial layers grown on Si(001) substrates. We found that a high RTA temperature of up to 800 C was more effective in reducing the threading dislocation density (TDD) in the Ge layer because dislocations with higher velocities were more easily annihilated with each other at higher temperatures. In Response Surface Methodology (RSM), rotatability is a natural andhighly desirable property. For second order general correlated regressionmodel, the concept of robust rotatability was introduced by Das (1997). Inthis paper a new measure of robust rotatability for second order responsesurface designs with correlated errors is developed and illustrated with anexample. A comparison is made between the newly developed measure withthe previously suggested measure by Das (1999).

We investigated the effect of a slight tilt of an r-plane sapphire substrate on the morphological properties of a-plane GaN grown by using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. The tilt angle of the r-plane sapphire was varied from 0˚ to -0.65˚ toward the c-axis of sapphire.
