Professor Yang-Suk Cho's research lab focuses on interdisciplinary studies at the intersection of environmental economics, sustainable technology adoption, and public health. The lab investigates consumer preferences for electric vehicles and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) systems, emphasizing technological and environmental attributes that influence market diffusion. It also explores socio-economic value assessment of assistive technologies for the elderly and disabled, and examines the health impacts of air pollution, particularly PM2.5 exposure, using large-scale cohort data. The lab integrates econometric modeling, conjoint analysis, and health risk assessment to inform policy and technological innovation.

In order to investigate the influences of borrower information on the decision-making, we collected data for 35,485 individual loan requests from Moneyauction, the largest P2P lending platform in South Korea, and analyzed the determinants of borrower and lender decision-making, adopting a logistic regression model.
