오이 과실 표면의 과분 발생 특성

오이는 품종에 따라 과실표면에 과분(果紛) 소위 ‘bloom’이 발생하는데 이는 외관상 과실의 품질을 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 본 시험은 주관 종자회사에서 수집하여 육성하여 오던bloomless 대목용 호박재료를 이용하여 ‘bloomless 대목’을개발하고 앞으로 새로운 대목육성에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. bloomless 오이의 표면은 분비모(glandular trichome, 分泌毛)의 낭상세포(bladder cell)가 형성되어 존재하고 있음을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 낭상세포 외의 과실표면은 상각피[epicuticular waxes(EW)] 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 관찰할수 있었다. 또한 오이의 EW 형태는 둥근 모양의 결정체가겹쳐진 형태이었으며, 그물 모양의 능선과 능선 안쪽에 고르게 분포하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이와 다르게 bloom 현상이 나타나는 오이의 과실표면은 낭상세포의 형태가 크게 부풀어 있거나 터져 있었으며, 또한 손상된 낭상세포 주변으로 bloomless

역동적 대뇌 관류 CT의 대뇌 관류 지도 구현과 정량 분석을 위한 PC 기반의 소프트웨어 개발

목적: 역동적 관류 CT(Dynamic perfusion CT)로 얻은 원시 영상(Source image)를 이용하여 뇌조직의 관류에 대한 정량적 분석을 하고 관류 지도(CBV, CBF, MTT)를 구현하기 위하여 마이크로소프트 윈도우즈를 운영체제로 하는 PC기반의 소프트웨어를 개발하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 범용 PC에서 IDL(Interactive Data Language)을 개발 도구로 이용하여 관류 지도 재구성 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램으로 역동적 일차 통과 대뇌 관류 CT 방법으로 촬영한 원시 영상을 PC에서 읽고 수학적 계산을 하여 관류 지도를 재구성하였다. 대뇌 회색질과 백색질에서 각각의 관류 지도상 나타나는 측정치의 평균을 구하였고, 기존의 연구에서 제시되어 있는 관류 측정치들과 비교하여 보았다. 결과: 개발한 관류 지도 프로그램은 사용자에게 친숙한 환경인 마이크로소프트 윈도우즈를 운영체제로 하는 범용 PC에서 CBV, MTT, CBF와 같은 일차 통과 대

자기공명분자영상 응용을 위한 자성 마이크로 니들의 제조와 특성분석

본 연구에서는 허셉틴이 결합된 산화철 나노입자를 함유하는 magnetized microneedles(MMNs)를 저온공정기술을 통해 제조하여 magnetic resonance imaging 분자조영제로의 용용에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 MMNs 제조후에 표면 및 자성특성변화는 관찰되지 않았으며, 90% 이상의 피부투과도와 세포생존율이 확인되었고, 허셉틴을 결합한 MMNs에서 30% 이상의 급격한 signal intensity 변화가 확인되었다. 결론적으로, 허셉틴이 결합된 MMNs가 자기공명분자영상 분야의 경피전달시스템을 통한 진단 동시 치료를 위한 기반 기술로서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
