Professor Yoon, Chang Hwan's research lab focuses on vascular biology and regenerative medicine, with a central emphasis on endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and outgrowth endothelial cells (OECs) in tissue repair and neovascularization. The lab investigates the cellular origins, functional plasticity, and molecular mechanisms—particularly adhesion molecules and Notch signaling—underlying cell trafficking and vascular remodeling in ischemic and diabetic conditions.
