Professor Yoon-Jung Kim's research lab focuses on molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and therapy resistance, with a particular emphasis on redox biology and DNA repair pathways. The lab investigates the non-canonical roles of antioxidant proteins such as peroxiredoxin 1 (Prx1) in tumor survival and radiotherapy response, especially under hypoxic and oxidative stress conditions. Additionally, the lab explores genetic alterations in human embryonic stem cells, particularly the role of chromosomal instability and oncogene activation (e.g., BCL2L1 and TPX2) in long-term culture adaptation. A parallel line of research examines drug hypersensitivity and cross-reactivity in patients with NSAID intolerance, aiming to identify safe analgesic alternatives.

식사가 불량한 영유아의 기질과 식행동, 부모의 식행동과 식사지도 방법의 특성

본 연구는 식사의 질이 떨어지는 12~24개월 영유아의기질과 식행동, 어머니의 식행동과 식사지도방법의 특성을분석하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 조사 대상자의 남녀 분포는 PE 집단의 경우 남자42.3%, 여자 57.7%, NC 집단은 남자 58.5%, 여자 41.5% 로 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 어머니의 교육수준, 가족의 월수입과 아버지의 직업의 경우 두 집단간 유의적인 차이는없었으며, 아버지의 직업은 두 집단 모두‘사무직 또는 전문직’이 높았고(PE, 66.7%; NC, 69.8%), 어머니는‘직업이 없다’가 높은 경향을 보였다(PE, 77.8%; NC, 77.4%). 나이에 따른 신장과 체중의 Z-score는 두 그룹간 차이는없었으며, 모두 정상범위였다(-1 ≤ Z-score ≤ 1). 2) 영유아의 식사 도구 시작 시기는 컵의 경우는 PE 집단은 9.9개월, NC 집단은 9.5개월, 빨대의 경우는 PE 집단은 10.2개월, NC 집단은 10.1개월, 숟가락의 경
