Professor Yoonsuh Kim's research lab focuses on interdisciplinary studies at the intersection of human health, digital education, organizational behavior, and AI ethics. The lab investigates gait analysis and biomechanical health monitoring using advanced sensor technologies, develops theory-driven digital learning platforms for career and academic planning, examines the impact of organizational culture on workplace well-being, and explores media discourse on AI ethics to inform engineering and educational policy. These research directions reflect a strong commitment to applying data-driven and theoretical frameworks to real-world challenges in health, education, and emerging technologies.

4Gait is intricately linked to human health, with key gait indexes showing strong correlations. To overcome limitations of flat-surface-focused evaluations, we propose a Modified Gait Index (MGI) that adapts to diverse terrains such as ramps and stairs. Gait data were collected from 15 healthy adults using motion capture, IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), EMG (Electromyography), and force plates. 본 연구는 공공 진로․경력지원 학습 플랫폼이 디지털 기반 학습환경으로서 개인의 진로․경력 설계와 실행을 효과적으로 지원하는지를 진단하기 위해 사회인지진로이론(SCCT)과 학습관리시스템(LMS) 기능을 통합한 분석틀을 개발하고 적용하였다. SCCT의 네 가지 핵심 구성요소(자기효능감, 결과기대, 진로목표, 환경적 지원 및 장애)와 LMS의 다섯 가지 기능 요소(학습 설계, 학습 관리, 학습자 분석, 학습 결과 분석, 학습자 지원)를 연계하여 이론적 고찰을 통해 1차 기준을 도출하였다. 이후 교육학 및 진로 전문가 3인에 통해 타당도 검토를 거쳐 총 45개의 최종 분석 기준을 확정하였다. 이를 사이버진로교육센터, 커리어넷, 알파캠퍼스 등 3개 공공 플랫폼에 적용한 결과, 진단 기반 교육 추천, 진도율 시각화, 진로․직업 정보 제공 등 일부 SCCT 요소는 비교적 충실히 구현되어 있었다. 특히 알파캠퍼스는 역량진단과 로드맵 기반 학습 설계, 커리어넷은 직업․학과 매트릭스와 진로심리검사,
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational culture on job stress through the mediating role of communication and to investigate differences between leaders and members. Methods: We conducted path analysis and multi-group path analysis using the Human Capital Corporate Panel data with AMOS 21.0.
