Even when DNA sequencing of purified DNA template failed under the optimal condition, it can be generally contributed to high GC content. We generated cytochrome c oxidase (CtaI)-defective cells of the cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. This study investigated the impact of bronchiectasis on patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) at a hospital in Korea.
