Professor Yun Young Choi's research lab specializes in nuclear medicine and biomedical imaging, with a focus on molecular imaging techniques such as PET and SPECT for early disease detection and oncological applications. The lab investigates tracer uptake mechanisms in tumors, particularly using F-18 FDG and Tc-99m sestamibi, and explores their correlation with prognostic factors and molecular subtypes in breast cancer. Additionally, the lab examines physiological and pathological effects of substances like caffeine during critical developmental periods, as well as psychological and behavioral health, including the role of attachment, impulsivity, and social support in smartphone addiction. The integration of clinical imaging with psychological and biological research highlights a multidisciplinary approach to improving diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes.

15Hepatic masses detected by ultrasonography and computed tomography in a young woman showed increased radioactivity on F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron tomography. Those multiple hepatic lesions were investigated under suspicion of malignancy. Liver enzymes, viral markers, and tumor markers were in normal range. Ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy revealed to be focal fatty infiltration in the liver.
본 연구에서는 선행연구들을 근거로 불안전 애착이 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 영향을 충동성이 매개하고, 이 과정을 사회적 지지가 조절하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울, 경남지역 4개 대학에 재학 중인 대학생과 온라인을 통해 설문을 실시하였고 연구에 참여한 대학생 431명 중 설문에 성실히 응답한 361명으로부터 얻은 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 조절된 매개모형은 Preacher, Rucker와 Hayes(2007)가 제안한 모형을 근거로 설정하여 부트스트랩 절차를 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였고 Ping(1996)의 2단계 추정법에 따라 조절효과 및 조절된 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 조절된 매개모형은 자료에 적합하였고 조절된 매개효과는 일부 지지되었다. 첫째, 매개효과 검증 결과 애착불안과 애착회피는 충동성을 통해 스마트폰 중독에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조절효과 검증 결과 사회적 지지는 애착불안과 충동성의 관계만 조절하였다.
This study investigated the dose- and time-dependent effects of caffeine consumption throughout puberty in peripubertal rats. A total of 85 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control and caffeine-fed groups with 20, 60, or 120 mg/kg/day through oral gavage for 10, 20, 30, or 40 days. Plain radiographs of a 68-year-old man with lower back pain showed degenerative changes in the lumbar spine. An MRI showed a herniated disc at L5-S1 and an unexpected lesion in the L1 body suggesting a possible malignancy. Lumbar SPECT showed slightly decreased uptake in L1. Therefore, a benign condition such as a hemangioma was entertained as a possibility. Tc-99m RBC SPECT showed increased uptake in L1, suggesting the possibility of a vertebral hemangioma. 현대 예술치료학은 심리치료의 독자적인 영역으로써 학문적 정체성을 구축하며 발전해왔다. 이 연구는 통합예술치료를 위한 예술의 매체별 특성 연구로 예술의 치료적 기능을 각 매체별로 분석하여 통합예술치료를 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 예술의 장르는 미술, 음악, 연극, 문학, 무용·동작, 영화·사진으로 구분하였으며, 체계적 임상매뉴얼을 제시하고 있는 IT매뉴얼 기반 통합예술치료를 이론적 준거로 예술매체의 활용 방안을 고찰하였다. 통합예술치료 임상에서 다양한 예술매체를 유기적으로 활용하기 위해서는 대상에 따른 매체 탐색이 우선적으로 이루어져야 하며, 치료목표에 적합한 치료활동이 적용되어야 한다. 이 연구는 통합예술치료의 학문적 정체성을 확립하여 예술치료 발전에 기여할 것으로 사료되며, IT매뉴얼 기반 통합예술치료는 임상의 명확한 기준을 제시함으로써 통합예술치료의 이론적 토대를 마련하고 효과적인 임상 운영을 도모할 것으로 기대된다. 이 연구를 통해 통합예술치료의 이론적 정립이 이루어지
