Professor Yuri Choi's research lab specializes in materials science and biomedical diagnostics, with a focus on developing advanced functional materials for electronic and health applications. Key research directions include the design of oxide semiconductor thin-film transistors for next-generation electronics, the geochemical characterization of laterite-type nickel deposits for sustainable resource exploration, and the discovery of novel biomarkers in extracellular vesicles for early detection of neurodegenerative diseases. The lab also engages in health and education policy research, particularly on professional awareness in healthcare and intercultural competence in English language education.

15The carrier-suppressing effect of Sc in InZnO systems was studied using thin-film transistors (TFTs) with a sol-gel processed active channel. As the amount of Sc content increased, the off current decreased, and the threshold voltage shifted to a positive bias region. The Morowali Ni-laterite deposit is located in the East Sulawesi Ophiolite, which is a large ophiolite belt on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to assess dental hygienists’ awareness of medical technician jurisprudence. The study was conducted over a 2-month period from March 1 to May 1, 2016. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 201 dental hygienists in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon province. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitude toward English learning in the dental hygiene students. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by the 498 dental hygiene students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon and Chungcheong Province.
