신 범 수 교수의 연구실은 약물 전달 시스템 및 약동학 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 3D 프린팅 기반의 위류유지형 약물 방출 시스템 개발과 함께, 비만소재 및 환경독소의 체내 분포 및 약동학을 예측하기 위한 생리기반 약동학(PBPK) 모델링을 핵심 연구 주제로 삼고 있습니다. 또한 임상적 약물 분석 및 폐질환 환자의 약물 반응성 평가를 통해 약물의 생체 이용률과 치료 효과를 종합적으로 분석하고 있습니다.

A prospective study of 47 patients during mechanical ventilation with positive end-expiratory pressure was undertaken to evaluate changes in Pao2 following chest physiotherapy. A rapid and sensitive LC/MS/MS assay was developed and validated for the determination of clopidogrel in human plasma. Clopidogrel was extracted by single liquid-liquid extraction with pentane, and chromatographic separations were achieved on a C(18) column.
