연구실 소개
윤보현 교수의 연구실은 항생제 내성 박테리아 치료를 위한 신약 개발과 생체 내 약물 분포 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 다제내성 그람음성균에 효과적인 폴리미신 계열 항생제의 신장 독성 메커니즘을 시각화하고, 이를 바탕으로 안전한 리포펩타이드 항생제 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 여성 생식 건강과 대사질환 간의 연관성에 대해서도 연구를 확장하여, 난소기능저하, 다낭성난소증후군, 난소자극증후군 등 다양한 생식질환의 병태생리학적 기전을 규명하고 있습니다.

Abstract To evaluate risk factors leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) occurrence in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) women. DOR caused by previous ovarian surgery may show better pregnancy outcome, whereas that caused by chemotherapy could significantly increase the cycle cancellation rate. Polymyxins (polymyxin B and colistin) are cyclic lipopeptide antibiotics that serve as a last-line defence against Gram-negative “superbugs”.
