연구실 소개

박보연 교수의 연구실은 인체 면역 반응과 바이러스의 면역 회피 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 허혈성 세포 사멸, 자가포식, 인터페론 신호 전달 경로 조절 등 면역 조절을 위한 단백질 기반의 분자 기전을 규명하고 있으며, 허혈성 질환과 감염성 질환의 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다. 최근에는 바이러스 단백질이 면역 수용체와의 상호작용을 통해 면역 회피를 어떻게 유도하는지에 대한 기전 해석에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
