연구실 소개
김병혁 교수의 연구실은 주로 암 치료의 유효성과 예후를 높이기 위한 다학제적 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 소재암, 간세포암, 자궁경부암 등 다양한 암 종에서 생존율 향상을 위한 보조 치료법(예: 화학방사요법, 표적치료, 방사선치료)의 최적화와 생물학적 예후 인자(예: GLUT1, CA19-9)의 역할을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 방사선 손상에 대한 복구 전략(예: FGF2)과 암의 대사 및 면역 회피 기전에 대한 기초 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

15Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy after PD for DCC is an effective and tolerable strategy without significant side effects. During long-term follow-up, we found that prognosis of DCC was mainly influenced by histologic differentiation and LN metastasis. For patients with these risk factors, further research should focus on improving adjuvant strategies as well as other treatment approaches.
