연구실 소개
박병배 교수의 연구실은 혈액행생물학 및 종양학 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 주로 림프계 종양(특히 T세포 림프종, B세포 림프종)과 백혈병의 분자생물학적 기전, 치료 반응 예측 지표, 그리고 표적항암치료제의 임상적 적용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, FLT3 돌연변이를 가진 급성 백혈병, 비만성 림프종, 그리고 항암치료 내성 메커니즘 등에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 통해 새로운 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 최근에는 표적치료제의 유효성과 부작용 관리에 초점을 맞춘 다기관 임상 연구도 활발히 수행되고 있습니다.

This trial was designed to investigate the efficacy and toxicity of bendamustine, carboplatin, and dexamethasone (BCD) for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs), which would be expected to exhibit more promising clinical outcomes compared with bendamustine therapy alone.
