연구실 소개
김병기 교수의 연구실은 난소암, 자궁경부암 등 여성 생식기 종양의 분자 기전과 치료 표적을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 난소암의 신체적 반응 예측, 종양 suppressor 단백질(BRD7), 신호전달 경로(FAK, SK1, FGFR 등)의 기능과 약물 저항성 메커니즘을 분석하여 신뢰도 높은 생물학적 마커와 치료 전략을 개발하고자 합니다. 동물 모델과 임상 데이터를 융합한 번역 의학적 접근을 통해 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이고 있습니다.

To search for a marker that predicts the efficacy of radiation therapy in human cervical cancer, gene expression profiles between parental SiHa cervical cancer cells and radiation-resistant SiHa/R cells have been compared by the microarray technique.
