연구실 소개

김병인 교수의 연구실은 스마트 제조 및 물류 시스템의 최적화를 핵심으로 하며, 특히 창고 운영에서의 주문 피킹, 차량 배정, 자원 할당 문제에 대해 지능형 에이전트 기반 및 하이브리드 제어 프레임워크를 활용한 혁신적 솔루션을 개발하고 있습니다. 반도체 공장의 오버헤드 호이스트(오하이스트) 시스템을 중심으로 한 차량 재할당 기법과 효율적인 물류 흐름 제어 기술에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 실제 산업 현장에서 적용 가능한 실용적이고 고도화된 제어 시스템 설계를 지속적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 실시간 동적 할당, 자원 최적화, 시스템 유연성 향상을 위한 알고리즘 및 아키텍처 설계에 뛰어난 기여를 하고 있습니다.

In this paper, we consider an actual industrial warehouse order picking problem where goods are stored at multiple locations and the pick location of goods can be selected dynamically in near real time. This paper addresses the order picking sequence problem in an automated warehouse where parts of an order picker's travelling tour are fixed, the length of the layout is significantly longer than the width, and the picker can hold only one item at a given time. The problem is to find an optimal sequence with given vertical paths and so it is a special type of travelling salesman problem. A simple sorting-based heuristic and an efficient clustering-based algorithm are developed for this problem.
